Join us for a grounded session of yoga in the Abbey’s garden.

Join us for an afternoon of restorative yoga in the historic College Garden.

Feel the earth beneath you as you flow through poses inspired by the lush surroundings, tapping into the energy of the earth and the sky. Connect with 1,000 years of history, through a blend of intuitive movement, Vinyasa Krama Yoga, breathwork, guided meditation, and sound work, discover the profound connection between nature and your inner self.

Join yoga instructor Pip for an uplifting experience that'll leave you feeling grounded, refreshed, and spiritually connected.

All levels welcome. Please bring your own yoga mat. 

About Pip Taverner

Pip is a renowned senior yoga teacher, yoga trainer, mentor and coach. She’s an advanced meditation teacher, sound healer, innovator in wellbeing practices, and leading retreat provider.

Pip alchemises her vast experience into beautiful yoga experiences, where deep relaxation, renewal and personal growth are all possible, she guides and facilitates a transformational journey, offering tools for positive change and inner peace that can be integrated into daily life.

Meeting location

Please enter the cloisters through Dean’s Yard where a member of staff will show you the way to College Garden. Please note that in the event of wet weather the session will be held in the Chapter House. 

Timings

The garden will be accessible from 3.40pm. Yoga will begin at 4.00pm.

This event is for adults only.

This event is ticketed separately and does not allow you entry to the Abbey. If you would like to book tickets to visit the Abbey, please do so via our ticketing page.
