Overview

Consider how different stories from the Bible are depicted within Christian art, and why that is important for Christians. Look closely at examples from Westminster Abbey including the Fall, the Annunciation and the Last Supper. Finally, select one of four suggested craft activities to consolidate pupils’ understanding in a creative way. This lesson is accompanied by more detailed teacher notes, designed to expand on key points that you may wish to discuss further.
