Victoria joins Chapter Office media team

She started her career at English Heritage spending five years in the public affairs department, before gaining commercial experience in London public relations agencies. She has spent the last eight years working as a PR consultant; clients have included Transport for London, Royal Society of Arts and the Crafts Council.

Her face might be familiar to some at the Abbey - she was PR manager for the String of Pearls Golden Jubilee Festival, when College Hall was opened to the public.

Outside the Abbey, she and her husband Mark are kept busy by their two young daughters, four-year-old Rosie and 18-month-old Florence.
