Prime Minister of Japan visits Abbey

The Prime Minister of Japan, Mr Shinzo Abe, visited Westminster Abbey and laid a wreath at the Grave of the Unknown Warrior on Thursday 1st May 2014.
The Prime Minister, who was on a government visit to the United Kingdom, was welcomed by the Dean of Westminster, the Very Reverend Dr John Hall, and by members of the Chapter. The Dean escorted the Prime Minister on a short tour of the Abbey.
