  Since its foundation in 1976, The Prince’s Trust has supported over a million young people aged 11-30 through a range of courses, grants and mentoring support. The Trust’s work assists young people to improve skills, increase self-confidence and helps them to move into jobs, education, training and volunteering.   The Copenhagen Royal Chapel Choir sings at Evensong at the Abbey today, Monday 7th May as the finale of their European tour – a rare opportunity to hear one of Europe’s finest cathedral choirs, and music from the Danish choral tradition including works by Waldemar Åhlén, David Sandstrøm and Carl Nielsen.

A new building – to be named The King Charles III Sacristy in honour of HM The King – will be constructed to house state-of-the-art welcome, security and ticketing facilities, allowing the Abbey itself to be preserved in all its beauty and wonder as a sacred space.
