In the west window of the Lady Chapel is the coat of arms of Lord Erroll of Hale (lower row of panels), engineer.

William Bishop
The ashes of William Bishop were buried in the west cloister. He held the post of Clerk of Works at the Abbey from 1928-1955.

Mary Shelvocke
Mary Shelvocke was buried in the west cloister on 1st August 1761. Her stone has now nearly worn away and the inscription is very faint.
