John Latsis, Greek businessman, shipping and oil magnate and banker, was a generous donor to the Westminster Abbey Restoration Appeal.

In the nave is a joint memorial to Captain John Harvey and Captain John Hutt who were both mortally wounded in 1794.

In the north cloister is the gravestone of John Croft and his wife Sarah. He lived in College Street, at the back of the Abbey.

John Bancroft
John Bancroft and wife Elizabeth are buried in the north cloister. He was a House of Lords doorkeeper and servant to the Duke of Marlborough.

Musician and Priest/Minister
John Sharole (or Du Charol) was a minor canon and is buried in the east cloister of Westminster Abbey. His grave inscription has worn away.
