Dame Sybil Thorndike
Actor
Dame Sybil Thorndike, actress, is buried in the south choir aisle. Her ashes were buried on 2nd July 1976. The gravestone was unveiled 23rd October.

Dame Mary Steele, second wife of politician and writer Sir Richard Steele, is buried in the south transept. Her gravestone inscription is now very worn.

A memorial stone to the actress Dame Peggy Ashcroft was unveiled in Poets' Corner in 2005. The stone is near Laurence Olivier’s grave.

Dame Mary Billing, of Conington, was a benefactor to St Margaret's, giving money towards building the south aisle, and she was buried in the church.

In the centre of the quire pavement is the gravestone of Anne Carey. When the paving in this area was laid her grave wasn’t disturbed.
