The President of Israel visits Westminster Abbey

The President of Israel, H.E. Mr Shimon Peres, visited the Abbey on Wednesday 19th November and laid a wreath at the Grave of the Unknown Warrior.
He was greeted at the West Door of the Abbey by the Dean, the Very Reverend Dr John Hall.
After the wreathlaying, the Dean said prayers and then escorted the President on a short tour of the Abbey and invited him to sign the Distinguished Visitors’ Book.
