President of Cyprus visits Abbey

His Excellency Nicos Anastasiades, President of the Republic of Cyprus, visited Westminster Abbey and laid a wreath at the Grave of the Unknown Warrior on Thursday 16th January 2014.
The President, who is on a governmental visit to Britain, was accompanied by the First Lady, Mrs Andri Anastasiades. They were welcomed by the Dean of Westminster, the Very Reverend Dr John Hall, who escorted them on a short tour of the Abbey and invited the President to sign the Distinguished Visitors’ Book.
