Guild restores Confessor's altar frontal

Sylvia Clarke and Ann Hilton painstakingly sewed on hundreds of sequins as well as carrying out other restoration work.
The frontal is made of crimson velvet and the Latin inscription Cor Regis in Manu Domini means:
The Heart of the King [is] in the hand of the Lord.
