Brazilian State Visit

During the afternoon of Tuesday 7th March, The President and Senhora Lula da Silva visited the Abbey and The President laid a wreath at the Grave of the Unknown Warrior.
The President of the Federative Republic of Brazil and Senhora Lula da Silva were in the UK for a State Visit as the guests of Her Majesty The Queen.
The President and Senhora Lula da Silva were received the Sub-Dean, Canon Robert Wright, who presided over the wreath-laying.
At the end of the visit, the Sub-Dean invited The President and Senhora Lula da Silva to sign the Distinguished Visitors' Book.
