The Choir of St Margaret's is composed of professional adult singers and boys choristers, who are drawn from the nearby Westminster Under School. The boys join the professional choir for several Sundays each term. Many of the adult professional singers are former Oxbridge choral scholars who sing with other leading ensembles such as the BBC Singers, the Monteverdi Choir and The Sixteen. Under the direction of Aidan Oliver, the choir sings for the principal Sunday service in St Margaret's throughout the liturgical year as well as for the many weddings and memorial services held in the church; the choir has also undertaken several successful recordings and concert tours. St Margaret's Church also hosts a wide range of concerts by visiting ensembles and choirs.
