This remains true in our own day but now, more than ever, St Margaret's welcomes many visitors from all over the world. More

St Margaret's holds a full range of Sunday services but also plays host to many memorial services for distinguished people from all walks of life.


Music
With its own choir, the internationally - acclaimed organist Thomas Trotter and concerts by London orchestras and choirs, St Margaret's has an enviable reputation for its music.
Plan of the Church
The Benedictine monks established the first church next to their abbey in the 11th century. The present building was consecrated in 1523 and has its own remarkable story to tell.
