Prince Harry will represent Her Majesty The Queen at a Service to Celebrate the Life and Work of Nelson Mandela at Westminster Abbey at 12 noon on Monday 3rd March 2014.

The service will also be attended by the Prime Minister, the Right Honourable David Cameron MP, the Leader of the Opposition, the Right Honourable Ed Miliband MP and many other leading politicians.

Members of the family of Nelson Mandela are expected to fly to London for the service.

The Address will be given by the former Archbishop of Cape Town, the Most Reverend Desmond Tutu.

The service will be broadcast live on BBC2 from 11.30 am. David Dimbleby will be giving the commentary.
