Departments
If you would like to make a complaint then please talk to a member of the Abbey staff or complete a visitor survey before leaving the Abbey. This is the most effective way for your complaint to be handled.
To raise a formal complaint, please email [email protected] or write to us by post and include:
- Complainant’s name and address (home and/or email address)
- Nature and date of the complaint/incident, including any names/details of staff members, volunteers or contractors involved
- What resolution is desired by the complainant.
